PRICING INFORMATION

The price and specifications for the ride can be found in the order confirmation.
If, during the journey, the customer requests changes that extend the driving and/or waiting time in relation to the order confirmation, an amount for the increased time will be added to the invoice.
If delays occur during the journey that are caused by the customer, an amount for the additional time will be added to the invoice.

Prices listed on the website are generally per person – with a minimum of 30 participants, unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a journey that does not exceed 1 day must be made no later than 48 hours before the journey begins, unless otherwise agreed. If canceled later than this, the ride will be invoiced at 100%.
Cancellation of journeys exceeding 1 day must be made no later than one week before the start of the journey, unless otherwise agreed. If canceled later than this, the ride will be invoiced at 100%.

OTHER

The person ordering the transport is responsible for ensuring that the participants in the transport do not cause damage to the vehicle. If this happens, the cost of repairing the damage will be added to the invoice. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the participants in the transportation do not cause unnecessary cleaning of the vehicle. If this happens, the cost of cleaning will be added to the invoice.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are 8 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. If the payment terms are not met, interest will be charged at 2% per month or part thereof, plus a reminder fee, if applicable.
Bridge or ferry crossing costs will be added to the invoice unless specifically stated in the order confirmation that these are included.
For multi-day trips, the customer provides meals for the driver(s) and accommodation (in single rooms with access to a bathroom). If this is not the case, the cost of this will be added to the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

FORGOTTEN CASES

Forgotten items will be handed in to the company’s office after the drive is completed, where they can be picked up. We are not liable in any way for forgotten items.

Especially for school buses departing from Stege:
This applies to the school bus routes: 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15. As the routes are primarily served by the same bus, lost and forgotten items remain on the buses for a few days before being returned to our office in Lov. Therefore, try to ask the driver if he can help before approaching the office.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKETS FOR TOURS SOLD IN BULK

Tickets for excursions sold in bulk cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase unless the event is canceled.

If – contrary to expectations – situations arise during the journey that the customer is not satisfied with, the driver must be informed immediately. If the situation is not satisfactory thereafter, the customer must immediately contact
on-call phone.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints about driving must be made in writing and no later than 48 hours after the end of the trip.
If transporting goods nationally and internationally, the CMR legislation in force at any given time applies.

TERMS FOR PURCHASES VIA THE WEBSITE

PAYMENT

Anchersen-Fladsaa ApS accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account once the order has been processed. Anchersen-Fladsaa ApS encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

DELIVERY

All orders in the web shop relate to excursions or travel and the purchase is binding immediately after purchase. Your receipt is your ticket and must be brought on the trip.
Anchersen-Fladsaa ApS strives to process orders placed before 14:00 on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will not be processed until the next business day. As a rule, Anchersen-Fladsaa ApS does not send tickets in physical form.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You are generally only entitled to cancel your trip at no extra cost to you if Anchersen-Fladsaa ApS makes significant changes to the agreement entered into or in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, terrorism, acts of war, etc.) that significantly affect the completion of the package tour or your transportation to the destination.
